Q: What is needed for the state exam?
|
|
A:The sales exam in currently comprised of 130 multiple choice questions divided in to two sections. Each section must be passed independently before applying for a license. The exam is prepared, administered, and scored by a professional third-party testing service under contract with the state. The license exam is administered daily except Sundays and Mondays.

Members (REALTORS® and REALTOR® Associates) *$399 if paid on or by September 4th. On or after September 5th the cost is *$450
Non-Members *$499 Non-member Licensees (CE Only)
GRI Designess (one section audit): $250
Members (CE only if space is available): $20 per credit hour, 8 hour minimum
* Tuition includes:
30 hours of class room instruction by qualified instructors.
16 hours of required Indiana CE credit for Salespersons and Brokers.
Two-hour exam (GRI Candidates only)

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be in writing. If written notice is postmarked on or before October 1, 2009, $25 will be retained.
